Our Breaker Diagnostic Services Include:
- Timing Test (C, O, C-O): Measuring opening and closing speeds to ensure synchronized operation across all three poles.
- Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM): Detecting wear, misalignment, or carbonization in the main contacts to prevent localized overheating
- SF6 Gas/Vacuum Integrity: For gas-insulated breakers, we conduct dew point and leakage analysis to ensure the quenching medium is pure.
- Minimum Pickup & Coil Health: Ensuring the trip and close coils operate correctly even under reduced auxiliary voltage conditions.
